Setting up a Saskatchewan Courier Account
Overview of Frontier service
This is a guide line to setting up new clients using courier services in Saskatchewan.
Follow these steps when setting up a Saskatchewan Courier account:
Send the credit form (“Become a Client” at Frontier SCS) to the client.
One the credit app has been completed, fill out the “account profile” document using information from conversations with the client and the credit app.
Send both to finance, they will check references and create the account in CLI (Carrier Logistics Inc).
When the account has been established, check the price plans and service levels to make sure everything matches what was proposed.
An online Username and Password will be created, which you then put into the “CLI Tutorial” document.
Login to CLI online and try a couple test shipments to make sure everything is working correctly.
If everything looks good to go, send the Courier Complete Tutorial document to the client, with a blind carbon copy to the appropriate operations managers so they know a new account is starting.
