  • Small volume accounts are difficult and time consuming, normally a low fee for cross border. If we can cross sell, then it’s an opportunity.
  • Medium-sized accounts are profitable and we can cross sell, they will also appreciate our dedicated service.
  • Large importers are also profitable in many cases, but we must be able to identify when to walk away from low profit business.
