Digital Platforms
Learn how ACE, CargoWise, and WebTracker support US customs brokerage work, including electronic filing, entry status review, PGA data, shipment processing, client visibility, and operational troubleshooting.
ACE and electronic filing
Understand how ACE supports entry filing, cargo release, entry summary, PGA message set data, and status updates.
CargoWise workflows
Review how internal shipment, declaration, document, accounting, and compliance workflows support US brokerage operations.
WebTracker visibility
Learn how clients use the portal for shipment tracking, document access, customs status visibility, and account support.
Systems do not replace customs judgment.
ACE, CargoWise, and WebTracker support the workflow, but employees still need to confirm importer details, documents, HTS classification, PGA requirements, bond status, release messages, and client communication before taking action.

- Shipment is not visible to the client.
