Ben Mathis

Senior Business Development Manager

Ben has been in sales for over 20 years, but his introduction to this industry  was when he was hired as a Business Development Manager at Frontier in 2012.  As Director of International Sales, Ben currently manages the majority of Frontier’s US based customers.  Ben’s strengths include building relationships and creating supply chain solutions for enterprise accounts ranging from privately held mid-sized to multi-national public companies throughout the United States.

Integrity and “working smart”  are Ben’s core business principles, but his family is the most important thing in his life.  He has been married to his wife, Erika for 16 years and has 3 great children; Carly – 10, Reese – 8, and Cooper -5.  Ben spends his weekends coaching his kids sports and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Borecky

Senior Business Development Manager

Started with Frontier in the summer of 2010. Since then, he has worked with companies all over the US, helping them become Non-Resident Importers and develop strategic logistics models for Canada. Chris has also spent time focusing on domestic Canadian clients and opportunities, allowing him to gain intimate knowledge on both sides of the border. Working closely with clients to develop the right fit and program that makes sense for their business model is his top priority. Chris is proud to still have close personal relationships with clients he started working with over 10 years ago.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys golfing, cooking and eating good food.

Cayli McCormick

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Started with Frontier in the Spring of 2024 in Winnipeg. Cayli has a vibrant and diverse professional background, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and working with people. Her career journey has taken her across four different provinces, allowing Cayli to develop a broad skill set and adapt to various environments. In sales, she understands customer needs and how to deliver tailored solutions to exceed targets. Cayli’s marketing experience has equipped her with the creativity and strategic thinking necessary to design and execute successful campaigns.

Outside of Frontier, you will find Cayli spending time with her adorable niece and nephew, cooking a delicious meal or out at the cabin. She also enjoys travelling, being active, and finding the best food and drinks wherever she goes!

Andrew Prosdocimi

Business Development Manager

Andrew joined Frontier in the late summer of 2024. He comes from a logistics and financial background allowing him to see two sides of the equation.  He was fortunate enough to have lots of family members working in the tool and die industry supplying dies for automotive manufacturers. He’s been exposed to freight from a young age which created a deep connection but is fascinated with E-commerce companies. “With a great story and authentic message, you really have the ability to change everything. Even though consistency is key, the world of advertising is truly remarkable.” Andrew enjoys spending time with interesting people which makes his job fun because he’s always meeting new business owners from diverse backgrounds.

On his spare time you can find Andrew in the garden, working with bees, exercising, eating healthy, or planning a not so typical vacation. Like the one time he spent a week volunteering working with sea turtles in Costa Rica. “There was no electricity, no fridge,  we literally were living in the jungle working off the coast of Pacuare studying leather back sea turtles.”

Daniel Gurevich

Business Development Manager

Daniel Joined Frontier in July 2024. Seeing an opportunity to be a part of one of his hometowns primary industries, he was excited to dive into the world of supply chain and logistics. He believes his profession is about understanding people and what motivates them and for over a decade he has honed his skills in revenue growth and market expansion in highly competitive industries. The common thread throughout his career has always been understanding how, why, and when clients feel motivated to make a decision. He has always loved meeting likeminded people that have a story to tell and want to share their experiences.

Daniel loves to be active, especially if it involves being outdoors. He loves cycling, running, golf, hockey, hiking, and anything else that gets the heart pumping. This passion has taken him on countless adventures and challenges including hiking and camping inside the Grand Canyon and completing (soon to be) 10 half-marathons and recently a duatholon. He strongly believes endless curiosity is the key to longevity and prioritizes travel and new experiences. Lastly, he loves to cook. Growing up working in restaurants and hospitality gave him an appreciation for two things: great customer service and great food.
